If for any reason you receive goods that have a fault or are damaged, contact Geoffrey Ashworth via post, telephone or e-mail. Please supply a description of the fault and if possible photographic evidence if there is damage. Upon review of the details the goods will need to be returned before a replacement is issued. Geoffrey Ashworth accepts products returned within 28 days of receipt provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packing. Customers are entitled to either a refund (excluding shipping costs) or replacement products. The customer is liable for return postage and packaging costs.
